We are a seasonal park open from April through October. Lots are individually owned. Recreational vehicles or park model trailers are allowed. An association with a Board of Directors, made up of lot owners, governs the park.
Current maintenance fees are $650.00 a year per lot which includes soft water from our private well, garbage facilities and maintenance of park roads and common grounds by our on-site park manager. Each lot has its own septic system or a system shared with a neighboring lot.
Other amenities offered at the Valley are fishing from a stocked pond, swimming, clubhouse, shuffleboard, basketball, horseshoes, paddle boats and a playground for the kids. Golf carts are welcome with proof of insurance coverage.
The Valley is just minutes away from Lake James, Fremont Outlet Stores, Pokagon State Park, Satek Winery, shopping and many restaurants in Angola.
It is a great place to spend the summers! The tax rate is low, maintenance fees are reasonable and there are many great people here at the Valley of the Pines!
